From AI to Real Life
It has been said our creative jobs will fade away, one copywriting assignment after the other, if we don’t embrace the power of these newfangled, generative AI tools.
It’s a “keep your friends close, but you’re job-threatening technology closer”-type situation.
So, we put AI’s powers to the test and wrote alongside—rather than against—it.
From Google Maps,
to Google Sheets,
to Pletta,
to Bynder,
to Salesforce,
to Greystar.com
After a process of manually mapping each property in Greystar’s database, we assessed MSV of different neighborhoods and consolidated, populating a sheet that would then be transferred to Pletta, an AI-powered generative tool that enabled quick content generation.
Using different prompts depending on region, neighborhood/city structure, and availability of items, the content was generated for all properties in one go, creating Main Content, FAQs, SEO keywords, and Meta Descriptions for each neighborhood and market area page.
As project lead, I delegated neighborhood pages and market areas, performing mass re-writes of AI-generated content, increasing the overall humanity of the tone and style, fact-checking, and manually adding identified businesses, attractions, and properties to drive SEO.
By hyperlinking local businesses and increasing the SEO value of each page, Greystar saw a dramatic increase in the visits to their pages.
